Are kids10and above able to volunteer to walk the dogs and play with the cats as long as there is parental guidance with them

All volunteers to walk dogs have to be 16 or older with an adult. Kids are able to socialize the cats with adult supervision. No more than one cat can be out of the cage at a time though because of saftey of the visitiors and animals.
