Would awesome animal shelter help a mentally I'll person get a small service dog like a friend and capanion and he was on a fixed income.????.Im the one who is and need of a small dog.My housing only allows small dogs.

William, I think you will have to call them. Service dogs are usually specially trained and I'm not sure if they have service animals there.

I agree with the previous comments.. But I do think you will have to go through a special service to get a service dog.
