Good afternoon. I see there is no information requirements for retired or disabled people,,or people who reside outside of your state. Also, some of my income is not reflected on my bank account. Everyone here in NYC does not make deposits in bank.

Hi Ralph, Any applicant that cannot prove their income based on the requirements listed on our website would be encouraged to pre-pay the lease in full. This would forgo the income requirement! The Charleston Property Company is dedicated to the principle of equal access for people with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and HUD guidelines. That's not answering my question. I stated that your website does not provide spaces for a person with disabilities or other spaces for persons from out of town. I never said I didn't want to forgo the income requirements of the application. Your website is limited to people who are employed or am an undergraduate. How would I be able to submit other documents to your company if there is nothing or no place to submit these documents on top of no one answering a phone or having a fax. I was just in Charleston and no one was in the office. I have not problem paying the lease in full either. I am interested in 8218 Timeridge ct.
