My cousin rents from them and she paid her rent late the next day because it was due on a federal holiday and they charged her $125. They told her they would remove it and they did not and not they're saying it's going to be more money. Even though she paid her rent they want a free $125 for a day and they want more money 😲. I've never heard of companies doing this before. She's never been late even once.
