There is a museum on the site with photos and descriptions. I'm not sure if there was a searchable list of participants.

The plaque Jeff Hibbs mentions is inside the fort on the parade ground. There isn't a readily handy roster available there for either Union or Confederate troops, and I don't remember running across one at Ft. Moultrie. Try the South Carolina Room at the public library on Calhoun St.
