Are people from other counties aloud to use the premises? I've lived for over 12 years near by and had been told that people from other counties aren't aloud in the park or lake.

The town is full of Hicks. Just ignore them.

I was visiting a friend who lives nearby and we hung out there. I live in PA. There's no gate or anything.

The playground is accessible to everyone. I saw people fishing from small boats on the lake, however no swimming. No lifeguards.
