a group of friends and myself have been meeting at the King's Grant pavilion during this social distancing phase of the Corona virus. It has been a wonderful place to go. Even in the summer heat there has been a breeze down by the Ashley River. The facility is large so we are able to distance ourselves from one another while having lunch. It is enclosed in that it has a covering over it so during the frequent thunderstorms we have been dry. The last time we met there one of the HOA people came out and opened the restroom doors for us so that was awesome. We have very much enjoyed having lunch at the Kings Grant pavilion.

Questions & Answers

Can you fish here without living in the subdivision

Don't think so cause its a privately owned HOA. There is a boat landing and nice park just down Dorchester Road behind the Dunkin Donuts that has a pier for fishing in the Ashley River.

Is this public?
