No. Metals, steel, non-ferrous (aluminum), copper, cat converters, cars, batteries...etc. Paid by the pound (currently 8.25 cents for steel, 42 cents for aluminum, 26 cents for used batteries) subject to change of course...
Yes just as long as they are not filled with trash and other things.
If it is no ferrous I beleive you do. So if it is steel you don't. Doesnt take much to get one. Head to the sheriffs office give them your info and you are good for 3 years.
