The experience was awesome from the front door until I departed. The staff at every section was incredibly kind. Sealed by the doctors transparency followed by care and compassion. Great customer service and great communication were definitely present throughout the facility. I will always go back again and again.

HEC no go somewhere else been there hour in half just for a drug screen and noone was in line there very unpleasant and unprofessional please asked your employer to go go else where

They take walk ins! I think a check up is around $100
Seem like most urgent care offices are going to call centers. Cut back on the amount of calls to the actual center. The front desk is usually bogged down with paperwork so filtering calls is helpful.

Sometimes they get really busy just leave a message and they will call you back
It's supposed to be on the Patient Portal so if that is not working and they don't answer the phone I will probably be walking in myself and telling them they need to give me my results
Once you find the doctor there you like, anytime you need to be seen from then on out, you check the online schedule on their website to see which location your preferred doctor is working at. You go said location. Walk ins only. Tell the front desk staff which doctor you would like to see. Do this every time. Said doctor then becomes your PCP. No forms, no appointments. Just a general understanding between you, doc and general staff.
