Is it just me or is the customer service at the Panola location horrible? New to the area and every time I go in, there are young kids working, talking and playing around. They keep an attitude with the customers and they like we bother them.

I used to work there a couple months ago. If you call corporate and complain they will handle the situation. But I do agree that place has gone down hill.

Mostly good service. Some bad days when they in their millenial mood.

Been here about 6 months tried all the local places. Only one I’ve found with decent customer service is ruby Tuesday

I had good service and it was clean and they kept things going..maybe it was just that person. If I see a problem I would quietly address it asking for names...let them know corporate will be notified.

Yeah, that was my last experience. Kids with no supervision playing around. I didn't care too much though at the time I was in there
