I'm a nurse, this is the 2nd time I had an appointment scheduled, left work early to get there on time just to find out they can't service me, last time IN AUGUST , they're short of staff and had to close early, this time today, get there early just to see a sign on door saying they're closed, I get things happen but each time I receive a text message saying sorry I COULDN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT, WHAT IN THE WORLD?‼️.......obviously they had my number both times and left me hanging. I'm sorry but that is best taken care of by a dentist.
For self pay, payment is required at time of service. For insured, if there is a balance owed after it is adjudicated by the insurance company, one can set up a payment plan rather than pay with credit card on file with the practice.
