Is it possible to get a picture of the lighthouse without paying $50 for the tour. Just photos of outside??

Yes. Everything inside the fence is part of the admission but most of my pictures were taken from outside the picket fence

Yes it wont be up close but if yöu park in parking lot behind the gift shop yöu can get a good picture
