Mines was on 09/01/2020. Still nothing. You wont get any help if you call, some people wont even take claimant number but will keep you on the phone for hours as if they are working on something but are not. After the employer has missed their deadline, 10 days, its suppose to default to "you was let go at no fault of your own". People are on vacation here, you best bet is to file a complaint.... ive tried everything else

How do you make a complaint? Who do you contact. I request a supervisor 5 times, today make 6, and never receiving a call. All my documents been in, some I had to enter like 10 to 20 times and they still was saying they don't have it in the system. After I tell them it's in my portal, they look 10 employees have verified all my documents is in, 4 months still nothing.

If you are making your claim for the 1st time, it takes AT LEAST three weeks to be resolved...if you are making "a weekly claim" than you should go into your HOME PAGE and look under "Issues Delaying Payment" and click on what ever in in that section and that will tell you what the Unresolved Issues are...
