West Shore Scammers will rip you off. First met with a sales rep back in March 22’. We agreed to pay $13,000 for one Shower renovation in 1 day(which was the 1st lie). Here it is 6 months later, and the work is still incomplete, and we are very dissatisfied with the quality of their work. Our shower has been nonfunctional for the majority of this timeframe and looks worse now than before they began. West Shore has come out 4 times in 6 months and sent a different worker to our home each time. Each of the 5 workers had a different plan for the shower, but none of them were prepared or equipped to complete the job. The workers would either leave to go back to the warehouse for supplies or go pick up another worker to help them. We have been more than patience with West Shore, none of the leadership has even come to site to provide a solution or help to resolve this massive delay of service, they would just continue lying about providing compensation and saying that someone will call us back, and never does. We will be hiring a lawyer and suing West Shore!!

I literally just had a shower installed, and have nothing but good things to say. They were not able to give me a quote without doing some footwork first. After inspection and making our decisions on what we wanted, how big, and with what options they were able to give us a price. Unless you got that far in the process I am not sure how you reasonably expect someone to give you a quote untill they know all the work and materials they'll need for whatever you decided on. Also. The price was steep, but in my experience I'm getting what I paid for in after care and their warranty is garunteed. They were fast, even with a weird spot mine was in they still finished in less than a day. Its beautiful, and they were very pleasant to talk to. If you had a bad experience im sure this company would take it seriously if its within reason.
The cost is based on features chosen - you select all premium options and you can spend a lot. I only had my bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower and it was around $10,000. All premium options, fairly large unit - 32" x 60".
Will 2" work for you.
