You will pull up to the front door and someone will come over to your vehicle and bring paperwork to be completed. Then once that is done, they will take your pet into the facility for their vaccinations. Usually about 15 minutes then they will bring them back to your vehicle. Then you pay and head back home 🐈 🐕

Front door, wait in line, they'll come out to the vehicle.
Pull up to the front door and they will come out to get your animal. There is usually a line waiting so just get in line
Front door. Google maps take you to the back. Turn around if so, and take the first right.
I would think you'd always go to the front unless they ask you to pull around back.
