Just received a call, from an "Unknown" number that rang for a split second and then hung up, so I thought. But then I had a notification of a voicemail. When I listened to the voicemail, it was FastMed and they left a # out of Raleigh for me to call. I then called, and waited for someone to pick up. A very nice gentleman picked up, and asked me if I was returning a call from them. I told him I was, so he looked at the file and told me I had a balance of $60 something dollars for a date of service in December 2021. I told him I had received a bill back in August of this year (2022), which caught me off guard that I was receiving a bill for a date of service 8 months prior, but that I had already mailed a check for that. He then looked further, and told me they had received the payment for the balance, and that I had a $0 balance. I told him I knew it wasn't his fault, and I appreciated his time, but that I was very aggravated that I was still being hassled about a bill that I had already paid, and not to mention that I was upset about receiving a bill so many months after service. I have been going there for a couple years now and this is the first time I have had this issue.

Everytime I have gone there there is a horribly long wait . Even if you make a appointment before hand . Absolutely ridiculous.
