Do they rent year round and do they have a laundry mat?

When I asked did they rent year round the person who answered phone said no

They do have long-term campsites possibly longer than a year. Laundromats as well. My family and I love staying at this place very relaxing and enjoyable.

They have laundry on site, they do have long term residents, just don't know if it's for a year.
