I found a cat whit no collar no I'd and no1 claim her at all ,having her for. A month and she barely get out of the house can I keep her? Or ineed to report it first ? Ineed more info to kinda keep her legally whit no issue

You can call the shelter and ask if someone is looking for the specific cat. If not, then you can keep it.

Im having a very hard time understanding what you are trying to say. But the best thing is to call the shelter and speak with someone about the cat.
