Not sure about hotels, but a quick search on maps will show you. "hotels near the Georgia Theater in Athens" will show them. But also wanted to mention that it is worth checking AirBNB as there are lots of options close by as well. Wife and I rented a great little guest house the other day just 3 or 4 blocks away and had a fabulous time at a show.
There is no hotel right next door but there are plenty within walking distance. Hilton garden inn and the Hyatt are both about the same distance. Hotel Indego is also close although a more upscale and expensive option. The holiday inn Express is also near by.
