Does anyone know the charge they have for surrendering a dog? It breaks my heart doing this, but I've picked up two jobs full and part and I just don't have the time for a dog. I want the best for this beautiful baby.

I took 5 puppies, didn't charge a thing and they spade the mom for free. Great place.its a no kill shelter
