My 2017 F150 has been in this body shop for 2 months. It appears that the body work is complete but they can't seem to get parts to fix the busted rear axle? Does anyone know how I can elevate this issue??

Get your VIN number call customer service at Ford Motor Company make sure you have the address phone number of the dealership and any other pertinent information they should be able to help you

Sad news is other dealers have these parts and will not send them..... Bad form Ford.... Bad Form!!!!

Call the 800 number for Ford Motor Company. They will open a ticket for your concern which cannot be closed until addressed. The longer a ticket stays open, the worse it looks on the dealership.
