An avid Toyota owner and customer at RWT made a cash offer on a vehicle. He had cash in hand. He had 3000 less than sticker price. Your dealer said no. Is it common to no longer negotiate? If so, why? Just curious.

I've found dealers really want to finance - to the point where you can't get the best deal unless you finance for some period of time (3 months).

I always negotiate, they don't always want to deal.
