Can I get a key made using the VIN of my Toyota Tacoma? The original is too worn to make a copy. What does it cost?

I had one made for my 2009 Toyota Camry, but I did have a regular key with no buttons for them to go by. The key I had made for it had all the function buttons: lock, unlock, panic, and trunk open. It wasn't cheap it was about $345.00.
