There is an outside shower in the parking lot for rinsing off sand. You could rinse off then go to the bathrooms up on the pier and change clothes.
The public restrooms in the parking lot at the base of the pier were in really rough shape when I was there a few weeks ago. I would not have changed in there.
No I believe not. I know they have bathrooms on the pier and some more down below in parking lot that may contain shower not for sure.
There are restrooms of n the side of the Marine Center, but not sure if there are showers
