I'm sure you can if you're away from people. Try early mornings or late evening's would probably be best/safe!! But you will have to cast out far some times!!! Because I've seen folks doing it. But it's always safe to ask. I'm there for the Sun, Fun, Ocean and Shopping!!!!

There's only fishing 🎣 off the pier that's all they allow but can ask where you can do that at and get back with you
