Yes you can fish, but you do need a license. I believe a temporary one is easily available, more info here: https://tybeeisland.com/fishing-on-tybee-island/ The main Tybee Pier and Pavilion has a ramp and is wheelchair accessible.

Yes you can find and yes wheelchair accessible. You need a fishing license. If you are not a Georgia resident you can get a fishing license for a day . You can get them at Walmart or Bass pro shop
Hello, Kevin you can fish off tbe pier and would suggest deep water equipment. Dont know about handicap access imagine it would but you can contract Tybee City Hall and tbey would be able to tell you.
