They do NOT care about Platinum or Titanium PLATINUM status. Nor do they care if the hotel is at 30% capacity, you're not getting a room till 4pm. This property is horrendous
Yes 4 PM You can do early check-in if you have status or sometimes without status also by calling them in advance
