If I could give a minus one I would do that. We have been long time customers of this "business" without a problem. We had our new refrigerator installed less than a month ago, 10 days after installation, our freezer handle came off. The installer came back , telling us his partner had not attached it properly. It was a 5 minute fix. Two weeks later, we noticed floor boards buckling and staining under the refrigerator. The leak slowly migrated into our dining room with additional staining to the floor. Jeannette, our sales person was pleasant enough during the sales process but now became abrupt during the call regarding the floor damage. We quickly saw that we were nothing more that a problem that they wanted to go away. We watched the daily floor damage. We had a handyman, plumber, and Service Master come in to assess and manage the needed repairs wjich have become extensive. During the installation, we chose not to have the icemaker or watermaker hooked up. The valve that they were connected to needed a secure connection . It developed a slow leak which continued slow drip onto our floors for the month that we had the refrigerator. We Contacted the GE claims Dept. and informed Tim Corbett (the owner) of the status. GE was very nice, Tim Corbett stayed very minimally involved. Once it was determined that it was the valve and not the appliance, Tim Corbett no longer responded to our emails or provided any support. In addition, the freezer door came off a second time! All of this in less than a month!!!

Worst company I’ve dealt with. Poor service, actually no service as I scheduled delivery 3 times, yes, 3 times and no show. Poor communication, as this last “supposed delivery” didn’t happen either and office personnel wouldn’t even answer my calls. So, after two plus months I requested a total refund! Hope this helps save someone else from this experience.
