Called to see if i could set an appointment to be married and I was unaware you needed more than what is emailed to you and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me people use marriage to get over on things. Needless to say I just hung up. I tried to hear him out even after he yelled at me but then he talked down to me instead of helping.

I truly wish I could leave less than one star. He would not let me finish my sentences, was increasingly rude, and started to yell at me no more than 1 minute into the phone call. After I hung up, he continued to call me back (no, I didn't answer) and leave a voice mail rambling about his parents marriage and lecturing me about how people are "always in a rush to get married." had he allowed me to finish my sentence, he would've known that all we wanted was to have our signatures on the marriage APPLICATION notarized and for our marriage to be officiated by someone else. Don't waste your time here.

Go downtown to file for a marriage license and then wait 24 hours. then go pick up the license and call him and set an appointment. You must be sure that you want to marry each other. You can't be married now. And you must be above 18 years old. On the day of your appointment bring the license and enjoy your ceremony
Yes, but U can't schedule ahead. I only schedule day by day. If you call me the day of, and you don't yet have some one to marry you and your other, I may be able to perform your marriage, if you can come to my office and bring no more than two guests.
