On the weekends , I would advise that you should make reservations because that's when they're the busiest.
Reservations are definitely recommended, or be prepared to wait. We were there a couple of weeks ago for dinner and we were glad we had a reservation. There were a lot of people there!
I believe there is a certain time set for the Hibachi Grill. Otherwise, I've seen tables separate from those seating arrangements.
