I'm currently having trouble with the back of my neck. cannot seem to have much feeling in it and when I do have feeling in it, its a sharp pain, Is this where I would go for something like that?

Yes. Definitely the place to go for that. I had disc surgery in neck done by Dr toussiant a few years ago. I was very pleased with the outcome. Awesome doctor!
