Just not a pleasant staff

This is the most incompetent set of individuals I ever met. Let me just say none of them actually cares about mail or packages. The mail carrier places mail in any box just to get the job done. Then the supervisor comes and depends and attempt to justify the ignorance. If a residence doesn’t have a mailbox why would u take it and place it in the neighbor box? I went to post office in attempt to collect a package because I would be leaving town. Even tho I place a hold on all mail and packages prior. (For some reason they still deliver incorrectly.) The supervisor comes and says the package is still PA. So I say ok. I call shipper shipper says no it’s at west Columbia Post office. Checks second time my post office box. Nothing…. Gets an alert as I land package been delivered at residential mailbox which is impossible. Have someone go by nothing at my home…… This is third time may I add.

I came in to send off pertinent paperwork, and the representative by the name of Nadia, was so very rude, unhelpful, and unapproachable. She snatched the contents out of my hand, as I am explaining the service I needed, which was certified mail. Because she wouldn't listen, I believe she overcharged me, considering I had my own envelope and stamps. I just needed to pay the fees for CERTIFIED MAILING. Not to mention, as I'm filling out the certified mail slip, she calls another customer up to the counter and was very rude to him, and very unaccommodating to his needs. We both just looked at each other, as if we made the mistake of hiring her. I hope that gentleman was able to find another USPS location to accommodate his requests, bc Nadia just played the ill informed representative, and did not care that she wasn't of good help. Upon finishing up with me, she remained silent and acted as if she was assisting her fellow coworker. But what she failed to realize, he was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. I recommend she sort mail until she knows how to deal with people and their request.
