I got an appointment the same day I needed one. From there it went downhill. Staff was professional and nice but everything else was subpar. I went in because of congestion and feeling terrible. A Nurse Practitioner listened to my chest. That was the extent of care. No blood work, didn’t look at my throat or nasal area. I did ask that Nurse Practitioner look in my ears. I was told over the counter meds to try and told to follow up if I didn’t get better. Wow. About 5 minutes of time with NP and then dismissed. I checked in online and still waited about 45 minutes to be seen. Very disappointed.

You have to pay at time of service.
Yes you can walk in. I prefer to sign in online and you can wait in the comfort of your home and they will text you when they are ready for you within 15 minutes. That is truly the fastest way to be seen. That is what I do when my regular doctor is not available. Hope this helps.

You cannot make appointments. It's walk in only... Or... You can go online to doctorscare.com and sign in online. It doesn't give you an appointment but it allows you to wait at home. It will send you a text when it's getting near to your time to come in. (Online sign in isn't available all parts of the day and can be turned off under certain circumstances).
Yes. If you have insurance you'll be responsible for your copay / co-insurance/ deductible up front. If you're self pay the visit starts at $125.
