I must share my experience. Zoran and Bobby were the best. Finding the car itself was good enough but the customer service they provided was just amazing. They made me feel worry-free although this was my first time purchasing a car from out of state. They for sure made my experience so pleasant. They were real professionals. They even transported the car to the port safely so my car can be shipped to Honolulu. They always tried to fulfill what I wanted. That extra effort they try to give makes the customer service a huge difference. My car is smiling at you guys!!! Thank you and thank you guys. Well done. Highly recommend!!!!!

Solid service experience. Eric is such a knowledgeable and professional guy. I had some issues with the car noise, sensors and Eric heard all of my issues. Even mildly noticeable on certain speeds he ensured that my concern is captured and addressed well. When I picked my car he was able to fix it and also performed sensor and system check. When I revisited for some wheel issue in few days, he was all welcome to get my vehicle checked in a busy schedule. This is a more than what someone could expect from a Service experience. Next time when you visit JLR Bellevue for your car, just ask for Eric !!!

I had an absolutely excellent purchasing experience at Jaguar Land Rover! My sales person was Robb Russell and I HIGHLY recommend him. My husband and I went in to test drive a new car, met Robb and took our drive. We loved the performance and smooth ride of the Velar, but felt it was too similar to the car I had and wanted something a little smaller. We were chatting with Robb after the drive, talking all kinds of cars. He was very patient as we talked about their line up of modes. We noticed the Land Rover Defender 90 in the showroom and before we exited the lot both mentioned how much we liked the look of the Defender. I texted Robb that night requesting a test drive of the Defender the next day, he responded immediately and we set an appointment. I thought it would be fun to test, but it was not anywhere near my radar for consideration. I thought maybe it would drive like a truck and be somewhat loud in the cabin, that it would not be smooth -not even close - it is smooth, super quiet, I love everything about it!! After we finished our transaction I was a completely satisfied customer. Then I had the appointment with Michael Franzi, the expert in all things about the car and its' operation. I became one of the many beyond-satisfied customers by the end of my hour appointment learning about all the functions of my new car. It was fun to learn about all the features and options and I appreciated his patience as I wanted to go through every screen and icon. Both Robb and Michael were super helpful, nice and knowledgeable - This was my first experience with Jaguar Land Rover and I look forward to future exchanges! Thank you Robb & Michael!!!
