It depends on their availability in scheduling appointments and how many volunteers working on any given day. The CAC occasionally has MARTA passes, but it's rare. Those are usually donated.
It depends. You have to get an appointment before they give you vouchers for food and clothing. Sometimes it can be the same day after you have seen them. No Marta passes, DL or ID. If you do not have id you will not get help.
