Why is the customer service so BAD at this cabelas

I have purchased 3 guns from them.(1) shotgun,it had welding material caked on the barrel.(2) semi auto ,sells me the one in display case for full price.who knows how many people handled it,racked it,pulled the trigger.(3) darringer , trigger guard flawed,big gap in it.I know that it is a manufacturing issue.but I feel that either they don't inspect them when they receive them or they put flawed ones asside and sell them off first.when I gave the guy my gun permit,he takes it with him to the rest room.I don't see him for about 20 minutes.why did he take my permit to the rest room.I didn't like that at all.when I bought my derringer , i opened a cabelas account card after being told that I wouldn't have to make a payment for three months.sounded good to me.but one month later I get the bill in the mail.I called them about it and the manager basically said I was sol.he was rude.they're nice to you before you buy something from them,after that ,they will do nothing for you .

It isn't just this store. I have visited 20 different stores and the only one where I had zero issues with how outfitters handled firearms. I have seen them sweep their customers, point barrels at themselves, and at me, while handing then to me. Hand them with magazines in, or with actions closed, or both. Once an outfitter pointed it straight at my head as he opened the action. And one he took it out of the case, pointed it at his hand, and pulled the trigger without ever clearing it. I love the store chain, but customer service is bad all over... and from what I can tell it stems from on site management.

If you are buying a gun, there is always a long wait. Otherwise, I have had great service at all the other counters.

Ok, I too have have very good service here. They typically stay back unless I request help and when I have they have always been both friendly and thorough. I've shopped this location since opening day.
