It is also a way for you tonpurchase a more suitable furearm than what you have. The program would purchase the firearm from an individual, and allow a cash offer for the firearm. You can use this cash offer for whatever you like, and it does not limit you to purchasing an updated firearm or products offered at Cabela's only. Its like a soecialized "Plato's Closet" or consignment shop for all things guns. Any gun can be brought to Cabela's for the staff to review the firearm and purchase it from you.

I have purchased 3 guns from them.(1) shotgun,it had welding material caked on the barrel.(2) semi auto ,sells me the one in display case for full price.who knows how many people handled it,racked it,pulled the trigger.(3) darringer , trigger guard flawed,big gap in it.I know that it is a manufacturing issue.but I feel that either they don't inspect them when they receive them or they put flawed ones asside and sell them off first.when I gave the guy my gun permit,he takes it with him to the rest room.I don't see him for about 20 minutes.why did he take my permit to the rest room.I didn't like that at all.when I bought my derringer , i opened a cabelas account card after being told that I wouldn't have to make a payment for three months.sounded good to me.but one month later I get the bill in the mail.I called them about it and the manager basically said I was sol.he was rude.they're nice to you before you buy something from them,after that ,they will do nothing for you .
