Why is it Lowes s in Elizabethton never has anyone in the dept on the weekend ? Why do you have to call From your cell for assistance and why do they send you a young lady that has no idea about plumbing ?

I had the same problem and was in a hurry so just bought all the available pieces, 5 of them, & brought back the 4 that did not work for us... Guess they are understaffed and hiring but idk
