We were excited to try out this new place when they opened, so my best friend and I bought tickets for both of our families for Christmas gifts in 2019. In 2020 (COVID), we called to make sure the tickets would extend beyond their original "one year" expiration date. They told us "definitely," and they did not mention an expiration date. We have not talked to them since. Today, we called to make sure our tickets were ready for us to use. They told us that all tickets bought just before COVID are now expired. Apparently this has happened to others as well, and the business claims they did give some people a new expiration date. All we know is that we were not given one. We are disappointed to lose so much money to this business that we never even got to try. __ Edited: I see the angry reply below. You are confusing me with another customer. Our tickets were being held for pickup at your business upon phone request at purchase, and I have not contacted you since 2020. I have never met you or your son.

First time in any escape room. It was fun. And the complementary arcade was a nice nostalgic addition.

My wife and I had a great time here today. It was the first one ever we were a little nervous but they walked us through it even seen we were struggling a few times and helped us along the way. If you're on the fence about doing escape room I say go for it. It was fun bonding memories with my wife there were even some very comical moments. Can't wait to try rooms that they have in the future. The small arcade was nice too gave you something to do to kill time either while you're waiting or when you're done. Love the Jurassic room. The guys were really nice and helpful when needed. The game room is fun as well.
