Field dress it. There's a small skinning fee included with the base package but it's worth letting them do it. If you want a mount skinning, $5 extra.
we have hand sanitizer available at the register we use clorox wipes on door handles,shopping carts and cases frequently. masks are not required we leave that to the customer to choose for themselves.

I know they charge 75 to cut one up standard which includes ground and butterfly. But surly you want the tenderloin too. Not sure if they would charge extra to grind the roast and steaks.
