I know that this was awhile ago, for the question, but a friend of mine lived in Colorado when her daughter and son both joined the Marines. They did ask their recruiter if they could both go to P.I. for boot. Their request was granted and my friend got to see both her son and daughter graduate from boot on the same day at P.I.
