So Victory has been defunct now for 4 years so I'm sure their remaining inventory had been wrote off as a loss by now. I still see leftover new bikes on some dealer sites though. So what could a new leftover Magnum be had for? 2017 year model ?

Our locator system is not showing a single dealer in the country that has a leftover 2017 Magnum. If you see a dealer online that is showing one in their online inventory I would call them directly.
