Cockroaches in apartments. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. They never replenish the cleansing wipes in the gym, thus you know the machines & equipment are super gross. Even though it’s “smoke free” you can smell cigarettes at night and see people smoking on balconies. Strong marijuana scents in the hallways, too. Valet trash often forgets to pick up the nights they’re suppose to. Staff is incredibly rude, act like you’re bothering them if you ask a question. Other than that, it’s definitely nice from the outside. But for the price I would not recommend until management does some serious revamping.

Absolutely horrible. Used to be a great place to live but then management changed. The current management doesn't do anything. My air conditioner broke multiple times and it took them a week to fix it. I found multiple cockroaches in my apartment, right after the exterminator "sprayed the apartment."--they didn't even go upstairs. A few days ago, I found a rat when I went to the bathroom. The maintenance person also never fixes anything promptly. I cannot wait to leave this place when my lease is up.

We have been living here since March and our experience has been nothing short of incredible! Our apt was spotless when we moved in, the office staff is amazing, friendly and always smiling! Anything we need gets done fast! I would highly recommend living here!
