Every now and then all the employees are out completing jobs in the shop. I've been there a few times. Everyone is very dedicated!
They are probably busy cause its the end of the weekend i would just try to keep calling if you really need them.

They are most likely busy with customers in the store. I recommend going in to the store.
Busy it's a nice day out people working outside on there cars need parts, or one of the employees talking to his girl u know ......😉
