I have a Troy Bilt riding mower that is still under warranty. The steering locks up, and I think the transmission needs adjustment. It goes so fast, I use gear 1, and still have to keep my foot on the brake to keep it in control. Do you do warranty work like this.

Take the breather of pour a small amount of gas into it and crank it it should start up
