I used to work there years ago and they had a customer satisfaction survey on the receipt. Complete the survey and get a free appetizer.
They do have free pie Wednesday. Do not know about the free appetizer.
Have to agree with Ed. The free things are usually tied to you joining the chain'd frequent member club. And now they typocally want you to usr their app as well. Im sure they have details at the restaurant or at the O'Charlie's website. Most likely you will get something free just for registering. Enjoy!
I've never heard of that either. Sorry. Like many restaurants, O'charley's has created a "club" to earn points towards free items and discounts when you spend money at their restaurants. It's called something like "O'Club" but I'm not 100% sure about the name. If they have a promotion for a free appetizer then odds are you'll have to sign up for their club to access it. I think you can do that at any O'charley's restaurant, but if you want to use the free appetizer promo when you go you should sign up for the club on their website before you visit the restaurant.
