Employee was very short when I asked to order. Then I proceeded to order through the drive-thru. She then told me that they aren't serving platters, ONLY sandwiches!! WTH! I even repeated back "you only have sandwiches?". She said YES! I pulled off, and will never return!

Edit 8-27-22: Turn off the "Dine In" on the Google Maps listing. It's not true! Edit 06-07-21 I visited this location on Saturday 06-05 at about 9 p.m. I was third in line at the drive thru, second behind the menu board. When I reached the board, a voice said, "What do you want?" I gave my order and the voice said "11.11." 12 minutes later when I reached the window, a young man reached out toward me. No greeting. He repeated the total. Put a 20 and 11 cents into his hand. I then asked for 6 cups of tartar sauce. No response, No acknowledgement. He disappeared back inside. He was bagging up an order which he handed to me, with still no acknowledgement of my patronage. At this time, there was only one more car behind me. I find it puzzling a place where I have always received good, friendly service is suddenly rude. I was going to call back for the manager but decided this may be the better venue, though I doubt I hear from them. My previous rating was 5 stars.

Got home wrong order stay 20 away tried to call but it's a cell phone number with no Voice mail..I won't my money back!!!

I'm not sure that's something that you perhaps would want to either call the restaurant about or check online I'm almost certain that they would have everybody else does sorry I could be no more help than this

NO,it is a family atmosphere
It's all about interest in that location.what works with other locals may not at that location.
Mistakes do happen, even with a Great place like Captain D's....speak to the Mgr., show them what you got......I'm Sure that they will make it up to you !
