I had the Chicken Tender Dinner and I went on a Tuesday night not knowing there was a 10.99 Chicken Tender deal, but I know now. My server was Maya and she was very nice and patient I surely appreciated it. The Dinner comes with a two sides, I had mash potatoes and Mac n cheese. The potatoes had skin mixed in but they were very smooth which is sometimes hard to find and they were soooo good. The Mac n cheese was also delicious!! I’m a very picky eater and it’s rare to have restaurants make non loaded Mac n cheese but they do have the other as an option for additional charge. As for the tenders they weren’t too crunchy or over/under fried, the perfect in between. Would indeed recommend for sure!

The staff were very pleasant but seemed short staffed. The building needs an update in general. Food was ok and I learned a new cook staff had just started so I'll give them kudos for being new.

My husband and I have been there twice this month, both times he ordered steak it's been perfect.
I'm not sure. But the wait is not usually more than 30 minutes.
They don't do reservations as far as I've experienced
I used to work there years ago and they had a customer satisfaction survey on the receipt. Complete the survey and get a free appetizer.
O'Charley's does not exactly reserve tables you can call ahead and tell them your party size but they will not reserve tables (usually) for you.
