Do all units have washer/dryers? Or only a select few? What is the difference in rent between a unit with a washer/dryer, and one without?

Unfortunately, washer and dryers are not provided however we do have the connections for washers and dryers in each apartment. If you do not have a washer/dryer you are welcome to use our 24 hour, coin-operated laundry facility centrally located next to the clubhouse, or if you prefer, we can refer you to local vendors where you can purchase, rent, or rent-to-own a set or individual machine.

All units do have hookups. There's also a laundry mat In the complex.
