I am a patient of Dr. Modansky's. How do I set up a portal for communicating with him, because when I call his office I'm placed on "hold" for 30+ minutes each time before anyone answers! I am happy with him personally however.

Update: Try using Baptist Chart. My appointments as well as some communication shows up through it. There is also a way to send messages through it. It is new to me and I'm still learning to navigate it. I hope this is helpful! I have been having the same problem lately. It's quite frustrating! Please let me know if you find any resolution. I have been a patient of his for years and he's an excellent, physician. I think the problem is with Baptist

The phones at Baptist in general are horrible. I'm lucky we live close by so we can just stop into the office, otherwise the awful phone service would have sent me looking for a new Dr.
